After update to WP 2.9 the contact form still works but displays two additional form instances:

Try updating to v1.2 of the plugin (released yesterday).

Also, make sure that your contact page only has one [recaptcha_form] shortcode (sometimes the TinyMCE page/post editor in WordPress keeps certain paragraphs hidden from view which will screw up any content).

Sorry that's my fault - for some reason my text editor keeps mysteriously changing the document encoding!

I have fixed the file now and updated it on WordPress - you can either wait 15 minutes for WordPress to update the downloads section and uninstall/reinstall the plugin (same version 1.2) or PM me your email address and I can send the file via email over to you now.
